Koelbel Mountain Communities is a proud sponsor of the annual B.L.A.S.T. (Building Longevity Around Superior Treatment) Golf Tournament at Pole Creek Golf Club in breathtaking Tabernash, Colorado. The goal of this four-person scramble is to advance and sustain quality healthcare in support of Middle Park Health and our rural mountain communities.
